Apple has officially launched its iPhone 17 series, introducing new features, bold designs, and a pricing milestone that has caught everyone’s attention. The top-end iPhone 17 Pro Max with 2TB storage is priced at ₹2,29,900, making it the first iPhone in India to cross the ₹2 lakh barrier.

The new Pro models arrive in three fresh finishes — Deep Blue, Cosmic Orange, and Silver.
- iPhone 17 Pro: Starts at ₹1,34,900 with 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB storage options.
- iPhone 17 Pro Max: Starts at ₹1,49,900 and goes up to ₹2,29,900 with the new 2TB variant.
Pre-orders open on September 12, and the devices will be available starting September 19.

What’s New in iPhone 17 Pro Series
The iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max showcase Apple’s Super Retina XDR displays (6.3-inch and 6.9-inch), protected by Ceramic Shield 2, which is three times more scratch-resistant and four times stronger against cracks. With ProMotion 120Hz and peak brightness of 3,000 nits, Apple has raised the display game.
Design and Performance
The Pro lineup now comes in a brushed aluminium unibody with a built-in vapor chamber for better heat management. Powered by the all-new A19 Pro chip, the phones promise faster performance, better power efficiency, and the best battery life ever on an iPhone, with 50% charging in just 20 minutes using a 40W adapter.
Camera Upgrades
Both models carry a triple 48MP Fusion camera system: Main, Ultra-Wide, and Telephoto. The Telephoto sensor, featuring a tetraprism design, delivers 8x optical-quality zoom, the highest yet on an iPhone. On the front, a new 18MP Center Stage camera offers a wider field of view and supports simultaneous dual recording from front and rear cameras.
